Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Guiding enterprise prospects through technical aspects of hirify.global products and integrations, designing proof-of-concepts, and addressing technical inquiries with an accent on product implementation and security best practices. Focus on bridging the gap between customer confusion and confidence to facilitate product adoption and successful production implementations.

Location: Remote, EMEA. This role will initially be filled with a full-time contractor until hirify.global establishes an EMEA business entity.

What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for hirify.global products and services.
• Conduct engaging implementation-specific demos and technical Q&A.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives on pre-sales proof-of-concept progress and planning.
• Build scripts, integrations, and examples for customer product testing.
• Advise customers on industry best practices for the full hirify.global stack and general security.
• Coordinate customer hand-offs from proof-of-concept to production with engineering and success teams.

Requirements

• Excellent English and grammar.
• Proven experience from a previous technical position (e.g., Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Project planning, including collaborative and individual time management.
• A passion for helping enterprise prospects and best security practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman.
• Knowledge of scripting in Bash and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, G Suite, Azure AD, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare, and Okta.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP) and security protocols (TLS/SSL, PKI).
• Experience with SSO implementation (SAML, OpenID Connect) and integrating SCIM solutions.
• Knowledge of RESTful services/APIs.
