TL;DR

Bi Developer (Tableau/Snowflake): Design and deliver business-critical Tableau dashboards powered by Snowflake data for internal teams and external partners with an accent on high performance, reliability, and clear visualization. Focus on building partner-facing reporting interfaces, optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring data correctness and usability.

Location: Remote with options in Monterrey, Montevideo, Rosario, and remote in Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia

What you will do

Design, build, and maintain Tableau Cloud dashboards and workbooks
Develop Account Manager dashboards and partner-facing reporting interfaces
Translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and visualizations
Write and optimize SQL queries against Snowflake to support reporting needs
Collaborate with Data Architects and Data Engineers to ensure data correctness and usability
Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and reliability

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay
Strong SQL skills and experience querying Snowflake analytical datasets
Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and semantic consistency in reporting
Experience building dashboards for sales, account management, or partner audiences
Familiarity with Snowflake performance considerations for BI workloads

Nice to have

Experience working directly with business and commercial stakeholders
Experience with Tableau Cloud features such as filters, parameters, calculated fields, embedding, and role-based access
