What you will do

• Support customers through onboarding and implementation, following established frameworks and plans.
• Monitor adoption and account health, executing standard plays to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with customers to understand key workflows and configure hirify.global solutions using established best practices.
• Guide customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Practical experience using AI to improve productivity and outcomes, including prompt design and workflow automation.
• Resilient and adaptable, especially in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Understanding of industry-specific workflows in services, software development, marketing, and PMO.
• Experience with SaaS technology such as CRM, Salesforce, and Tableau.
