TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AI): Driving strategic platform adoption and workflow transformation for enterprise customers with an accent on AI-driven delivery and complex integration strategies. Focus on optimizing business workflows, architecting solutions using REST APIs/WebSDK, and managing large-scale organizational change to embed innovation.

What you will do

  • Redesign and optimize AI-driven business workflows to transform customer innovation cycles.
  • Support enterprise customers in integrating hirify.global via REST APIs, WebSDK, and MCP.
  • Own the technical health of accounts by monitoring platform engagement and deepening adoption.
  • Coach internal champions and Centers of Excellence to scale hirify.global usage across large organizations.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver data-backed Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Act as the primary technical partner, proactively shaping and anticipating customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, or forward-deployed engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystem architectures.
  • Proven track record of driving platform adoption and change management at scale.
  • Experience using platform analytics to facilitate executive-level strategy workshops.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to define and drive outcomes independently.
