TL;DR

Partner Marketing Manager (Marketing): Manage and execute partner marketing strategies and co-marketing campaigns to drive referrals and sales pipeline with an accent on partner communication, demand generation, and data hygiene. Focus on orchestrating partner events, optimizing marketing assets, and ensuring accurate lead attribution to maximize partner ecosystem impact.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Calgary, Canada with office attendance expected minimum twice per week

What you will do

  • Oversee global partner communication strategies including newsletters and social amplification to maintain brand visibility.
  • Lead execution of demand-generation activities such as webinars and bootcamps to educate partners and drive lead conversion.
  • Develop and maintain marketing assets to empower partners and sales teams.
  • Manage marketing development funds (MDF) and flagship partner events like the Partner Impact Summit and hirify.globalCon programming.
  • Audit and maintain data hygiene for partner referral pipeline and ensure accurate lead attribution and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize partner marketing ROI and support broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing CRM data hygiene and marketing performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing programs that drive measurable sales pipeline and referral growth.
  • Must be located in Canada (Toronto or Calgary) with hybrid work attendance.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the legal industry.
  • Experience with tiered partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Excel, Salesforce, PRM tools, and WordPress.
