What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver scalable full-stack products.
• Drive parallel feature development and incremental software delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, ensuring best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code quality and performance through reviews, testing, and CI/CD automation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Proficiency with Java, Node.js/TypeScript, Python, and relational databases like Postgres.
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices using AWS.
• Service ownership experience with CI/CD and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and contract-first development.
• Experience building on hirify.global Platform with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
