What you will do
- Own data analysis for hirify.global's new B2C apps and websites, generating insights that optimize how users are rewarded and engaged.
- Conduct product funnel mapping, user cohort analysis, and behavioral data modeling to improve user experience and drive growth and engagement.
- Define KPIs for the product and build automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
- Design, orchestrate, and analyze multivariate product experiments to drive growth, improve existing features, and test new areas of opportunity.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to uncover player insights, forecast economic trends, and support monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build business cases and forecasts for new feature development.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps.
- Fluency in SQL with demonstrated ability to work with highly dimensional and complex datasets.
- Strong proficiency with Statsig or comparable A/B testing platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
- Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling in a product context.
- Background in advertising, offerwall, or performance marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with user acquisition and monetization metrics in mobile or free-to-play games.
