What you will do

• Communicate with clients professionally via email and phone.
• Support Account Managers in coordinating and executing client requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues and complete tasks related to client websites, campaigns, or accounts.
• Address basic client campaign and account questions.
• Track client emails to ensure acknowledgement before the end of each day.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-1 year of experience, including internships.
• Effective organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
