What you will do

• Lead end-to-end migration strategies from VMware environments to AWS Outposts and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Design and implement highly available and scalable OpenShift clusters across hybrid on-premises and AWS environments.
• Drive application modernization initiatives including containerization and CI/CD implementation.
• Provide architectural leadership and guide migration teams.
• Enforce security and governance standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, VMware, Linux, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Proven experience leading VMware-to-AWS migration programs.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Advanced understanding of AWS services within hybrid architectures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
