What you will do

Lead end-to-end migration strategies from VMware environments to AWS Outposts and Red Hat OpenShift.
Design and implement highly available and scalable OpenShift clusters across hybrid on-premises and AWS environments.
Drive application modernization initiatives including containerization and CI/CD implementation.
Provide architectural leadership and guide migration teams.
Enforce security and governance standards.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, VMware, Linux, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift.
Proven experience leading VMware-to-AWS migration programs.
Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies.
Advanced understanding of AWS services within hybrid architectures.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
