What you will do
- Investigate, assess, and report technical issues from Customer Support and other departments to development teams.
- Handle internal access and security management, including Email 2FA, Tailscale VPN, and password systems.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks such as QA support for post-release activities, domain whitelisting, and promotion abuse detection.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with technical tools and operational systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and bridge gaps between departments.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling diverse tasks.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with platforms like Jira, Confluence, or Intercom.
