Salary: $70,550–$105,600 USD

What you will do

• Plan, design, implement, and lead hardware and software installation projects.
• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and debug hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand business needs and develop solutions.
• Provide onsite physical assistance for remote engineers and maintain asset databases.
• Ensure client satisfaction and report status to customers and management.

Requirements

• Prior work experience; 2+ years’ experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency with CLI for Unix and Linux.
• Experience with server hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network equipment (Cisco, Arista) and storage systems (hirify.global Ontap, SAN, NAS, RAID).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, KVM) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Expect, and Bash.
• English: B2 required.
