Location: USA-Colorado-Fort Collins-4380 Ziegler Road. Due to the nature of our business support model, this position is a full-time in-office position in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

Salary: $88,300 - $141,300 annually

What you will do

• Assist in ensuring 24/7 availability of key services and infrastructure in production Windows/Linux environments (2000+ FAB tools/clients, 500+ Servers).
• Manage projects that directly support WSD FAB with expertise applied towards NetApp storage clusters, Oracle Exadata Database Server Environment/Infrastructure, and VMWare Server/Cluster Environment/Infrastructure.
• Assist and lend expertise to help solve WSD FAB Infrastructure problems/issues.
• Develop internal documentation for key systems and services.
• Monitor Infrastructure performance, resolve any issues promptly, and routinely perform server analysis/assessments.
• Provide technical support to end-users via in-person, phone, email, or chat, and document technical issues, workarounds, and resolutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Server support and administration.
• BS degree in Information Systems / Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Bash, Perl, Python, Java to develop tools/processes to automate system administration tasks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis.
• Technical knowledge in current and legacy Linux environments (Redhat, Rocky, OEL, Centos, Ubuntu) and Linux OS Administration.
• Familiarity with tools/processes to centrally manage hundreds of Linux servers/clients.
• Must be a full-time in-office position in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetApp administration.
• Experience with Oracle Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of networking and other OS technologies.
