TL;DR

Senior SEO Manager (Digital Marketing): Leading organic growth strategy across competitive categories with an accent on revenue impact, market share growth, and long-term organic defensibility. Focus on integrating SEO into product development, optimizing for AI-driven search, and championing a culture of experimentation.

Location: Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Tower Bridge office (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Salary: 10% discretionary yearly bonus

What you will do

• Define and lead the organic strategy aligned to revenue, customer acquisition, and category growth targets.
• Embed SEO into product development cycles and roadmap planning.
• Shape Uswitch’s strategy for AI-generated search experiences and LLM-driven discovery.
• Enhance performance dashboards and automated insight systems.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear, commercially grounded recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading SEO strategy within a competitive, large-scale digital business.
• Demonstrable success driving organic growth tied directly to commercial outcomes.
• Advanced technical SEO expertise and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical capability, comfortable modelling opportunity and interpreting large data sets.
• Confident communicator who can influence at senior levels.
• Strategic thinker who balances long-term defensibility with short-term wins.
