Location: Hybrid (8 days/month). Hybrid role out of any of our office locations in the USA (Houston, TX is a primary office location).

Compensation: $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD

What you will do

• Lead resolution of eCommerce-related issues by partnering with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define business and customer needs into product intake forms and requirements.
• Contribute to Marketing eStore product strategy and roadmap.
• Participate in lifecycle planning rituals to deliver against quarterly targets.
• Define, document, and communicate eStore playbook for production operations along with training.
• Perform data stewardship tasks to ensure platform alignment with enterprise data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or an equivalent degree or combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of eCommerce or business operations experience with enterprise-level solutions in a marketing environment.
• 2+ years of business/requirements analyst experience with exposure to varied projects and environments.
• 2+ years with Adobe Commerce or other enterprise eCommerce platform.
• Experience working in an enterprise or matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Must participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
