TL;DR

Financial Planning And Analysis Analyst (Finance): Preparing and analyzing financial data, including monthly close activities, financial plans, and procurement support with an accent on variance analysis, reporting, and process efficiency. Focus on maintaining financial controls, supporting business planning, and identifying opportunities for standardization.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.

Salary: 2000–2500 EUR

What you will do

  • Prepare monthly close activities, including accruals, journal entries, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans with supporting commentary for business planning.
  • Support the procurement process to ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain documentation for financial plans, including headcount and expense details.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiencies and standardization in financial reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and present findings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Some experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-performing organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Workday, Onestream, and MS Excel.
  • A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid work).
