TL;DR
Key Account Manager (Security Surveillance): Driving sales and developing business plans for selected end customer companies with an accent on achieving sales targets and managing 360º customer relations. Focus on strategic account management, identifying major stakeholders, and coordinating activities across all Axis departments.
Location: Remote in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Domestic travel in Saudi Arabia and occasional international travel required.

What you will do
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets for assigned key accounts.
- Develop and implement business plans for existing and new large end customers.
- Strategically manage accounts to deepen Axis relationships across products, solutions, and geographical boundaries.
- Identify and influence major stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate activities with Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, Post-sales Support).
- Participate in associations, tradeshows, and market events to create brand awareness and detect opportunities.
- Maintain account information in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the region, focusing on National/Key Accounts for large end customers.
- Experience with indirect B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas sector.
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Nice to have
- Knowledge in network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market.
