What you will do

• Deploy and configure hirify.global systems across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Characterize and tune system performance across CPU, storage, I/O, and network layers.
• Stress and validate infrastructure up to—and beyond—manufacturer limits for robustness under analytic and AI workloads.
• Develop automation tools for analyzing and monitoring infrastructure behavior.
• Collaborate with cloud providers and internal engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support customer‑facing teams with platform performance, configuration, and availability questions.

Requirements

• Experience with Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GC) Computing Infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux OS and command line.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Computer Science or related discipline.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience for creating and modifying test cases.
• Experience with hirify.global Vantage Cloud or On-Prem solutions like IntelliFlex or hirify.global AI Factory.
• Experience in public cloud environments for system deployment, configuration, performance characterization, and stress testing.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
