What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver client accounts across paid search, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on practice area/industry trends and their impact on customer businesses.
• Play an active role in recruitment, interviewing, and making staffing decisions.
• Take responsibility for your team’s development and career progression.
• Drive process automation through scripts, third-party solutions, and efficient ways of working.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of search campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft, and technology platforms like Search Ads 360.
• Excellent understanding of the strategic and tactical application of paid search and digital marketing.
• Proven Project Management, Leadership, Stakeholder, and People Management Experience.
• Ability to lead and manage hybrid teams located in different markets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
