What you will do
- Acquire detailed product knowledge and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Cultivate robust client relationships to ensure needs are fulfilled, platform utilization is high, and expansion opportunities are pursued.
- Identify and inform clients of optimal upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and support senior-level accounts.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with Enterprise accounts, document discussions, and contribute to action planning.
- Assist in generating reports, compiling metrics, and preparing essential documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
- 2-4 years of Digital Marketing/Account Management experience.
- Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
- Experience with or ability to learn various CRM systems.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
