What you will do

• Acquire detailed product knowledge and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Cultivate robust client relationships to ensure needs are fulfilled, platform utilization is high, and expansion opportunities are pursued.
• Identify and inform clients of optimal upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and support senior-level accounts.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with Enterprise accounts, document discussions, and contribute to action planning.
• Assist in generating reports, compiling metrics, and preparing essential documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
• 2-4 years of Digital Marketing/Account Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
• Experience with or ability to learn various CRM systems.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
