What you will do

  • Serve as the strategic lead for clients, building strong relationships to understand business goals and needs.
  • Manage complex enterprise renewal and upsell cycles, demonstrating product and business benefits to stakeholders.
  • Proactively uncover and manage risk within your client portfolio.
  • Educate clients on new use cases, features, and integrations to create added value and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Regularly update internal systems and attend meetings to communicate customer status, needs, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company, preferably with an ecommerce focus.
  • Proven success managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles, meeting retention and growth targets.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profit, merchandising metrics).
  • Ability to analyze and present data related to ecommerce performance, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Search & Browse technologies, Digital Analytics, or Digital Performance Management platforms.
  • Deep analytical fluency in ecommerce experimentation and performance data.
  • Previous experience working with hirify.global or its customers.
