What you will do
- Oversee daily account operations, ensuring work accuracy and adherence to campaign management best practices.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner with deep business understanding.
- Lead planning responses from strategy to execution, utilizing a Systems Planning approach and collaborating with specialist teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Implementation team to integrate growth and innovation into planning.
- Contribute to commercial targets by proactively identifying and pursuing additional services opportunities.
- Promote team's work both internally within EssenceMediacom and externally.
Requirements
- Strong management and client relationship skills.
- Proven people management skills to support the development of Planners and Execs.
- Possess a solution-focused mindset, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a team player mentality.
