Quality And Compliance Manager (Defence)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based at the company headquarters, with remote work possible only in exceptional cases

What you will do

• Own and continuously develop the company’s Quality Management System and related processes.
• Lead the implementation, maintenance, certification, recertification, and surveillance of management systems, including ISO 9001 and AQAP.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, certification bodies, auditors, quality findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and defence industry quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Ethics & Compliance framework, including policies and controls covering conflicts of interest, anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, and investigations.
• Advise management and employees and act as a key contact for auditors, customers, certification bodies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree and several years of experience in Quality Management, Ethics & Compliance, or a related function.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with AQAP or other defence industry standards.
• Experience with management systems, certification processes, audit management, investigations, corrective actions, governance, risk, and internal controls.
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English are required.
• Personnel Security Clearance is required; applicants must already hold or be able to obtain it and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
