What you will do

• Lead large, complex social and content projects for a major tech client.
• Manage key campaigns by collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams.
• Lead account processes and ways of working internally and with agency partners.
• Confidently lead client conversations, problem-solve, and manage junior client escalations.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring proposals are within client budgets and delivered on time.
• Act as a champion for the social craft and support cross-functional agendas.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in social media, content management, and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to build brand advocacy and drive purchase through content.
• Wide knowledge of social trends, data, strategy, and community management.
• Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of strategy and working towards strategic objectives.
