What you will do

• Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and propose solution enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and define "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes.
• Collaborate with external IT partners and internal teams across multiple countries.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Own innovation topics such as RPA, Document Management, UI/UX, and Mobile solutions.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and ensure strong stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
• 6+ years hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines).
• End-to-End process ownership and transformation experience.
• ERP exposure (Oracle and/or SAP).
• Business analysis expertise.
