What you will do

• Analyze complex business requirements and identify process gaps for solution enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define and negotiate As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Collaborate with and challenge internal development teams and external IT partners.
• Translate complex requirements into functional specifications for scalable, best-practice systems.
• Promote reference models to limit unnecessary system evolution.
• Lead innovation topics including RPA, document management, UI/UX, and mobile solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines).
• Proven track record of E2E process ownership and business transformation.
• Strong ERP exposure, specifically within Oracle and/or SAP environments.
• Solid background in business analysis and requirement translation.
• Must be located in or willing to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Pricefx, or equivalent pricing tools.
• Exposure to RPA and document management solutions.
• Involvement in UI/UX or mobile solution initiatives.
• Background in services business or digital customer relationship transformations.
