What you will do

• Partner day-to-day with the Dealing team to support trading and operational workflows.
• Build and enhance analytics and reporting capabilities for product evaluation, trading performance, and operational monitoring.
• Gather business requirements, apply market/trading context, define metrics, and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze large, disconnected datasets to synthesize insights and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enable market-facing solutions powered by data.
• Communicate findings clearly and ensure data quality through validation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and database experience (querying, joining, modeling/structuring data for analysis).
• Advanced working knowledge and experience with Python.
• Basic statistical knowledge and ability to apply it appropriately.
• Demonstrated experience manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets.
• Strong understanding of trading/dealing concepts and market microstructure.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud / trading abuse patterns and investigation workflows.
• Experience working with API connections (REST/WebSocket).

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning / deep learning / data science methods.
