What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Continuously monitor key metrics, business performance, and market dynamics to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Develop solutions to protect the company from abusive behavior, increase profitability, and reduce risk.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, reports, and dashboards to support business units and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematical Science or a related field; higher education (advanced degree) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data and risk analysis, quantitative research, and working with large datasets.
• Experience in anti-fraud functions within the financial sector is an advantage.
• Technical proficiency in Python, R, SQL, database management, statistics, mathematical modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, pragmatic decision-making, effective presentation and communication skills.
• Relocation is mandatory.
