What you will do

• Prepare and maintain performance reports for key product areas including Trading, Payments, Affiliate, Copy, Onboarding, and Mobile App.
• Monitor KPIs and product health metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide stakeholder visibility and strategic insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support product strategy discussions, market assessments, and business planning.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Operations, and IT/Data teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist Product Managers in evaluating and prioritizing backlog items using data-driven models.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Experience working with product or business KPIs.
