TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Arabic Speaker): Driving customer success and value realization post go-live by increasing product adoption, leading product trainings, and providing proactive recommendations to optimize platform use. Focus on maximising product value, identifying churn risks, and ensuring quick resolution of account issues while serving as the voice of the customer internally.

Location: London, England; Paris, France. Positions listed within a specific city are only available in that location and may be available with either a hybrid-remote or in-office schedule.

What you will do

  • Drive and nurture post go-live customers by increasing adoption and value realization, leading to their success, retention, and growth.
  • Lead user enablement by conducting product trainings and providing regular, proactive recommendations to optimize platform use.
  • Work with Solutions Architects to guide customers through project management and technical requirements, maximizing product adoption and value.
  • Identify accounts at risk of churn, working with AEs and Renewal Account Executives to mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Ensure quick resolution of account issues by utilizing resources from cross-functional teams and functioning as the voice of the customer.
  • Track key account metrics and document the Return on Investment driven by the solution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Arabic. Additional languages such as French are beneficial.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy, or project management, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Experience working with a portfolio of accounts and supporting a highly technical product.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and influence others towards continuous improvement.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with proven time management skills.
