What you will do

• Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
• Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience)
• Mut have at least 3-4 years BPO experience in Quote Renewals, Retention, Customer Service, or other related roles
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred
• Experienced with MS Excel for reporting and tracking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Average to Good English communication skills
• Willing to work on day shift (SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
