What you will do

  • Monitor and review pending product activations at shift start/end to ensure timely processing.
  • Verify all pending products are activated within 24 hours and maintain documentation of errors/resolutions.
  • Provide professional customer updates via phone/email and follow up for necessary information.
  • Respond to tickets within SLA, escalate complex issues like VPS/SSL, and coordinate with providers.
  • Facilitate operations team queries and demonstrate flexibility in work hours.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Undergraduate of any IT-related course (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Or BPO/IT experience of 6 months to 1 year.
  • Average verbal and written communication skills.
