What you will do
- Achieve productivity, quality, sales, revenue targets, average handle time, schedule adherence, and service request closures.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic errors with domain names and associated products.
- Use proprietary database, web, and telephony tools effectively, reporting faults promptly.
- Access and disclose customer information only as needed for duties.
- Discuss call monitoring feedback with supervisor to improve performance.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales with cross-selling/upselling.
- Knowledge in web hosting preferred.
- Can work permanent graveyard schedule in Cebu, Philippines.
