What you will do

• Manage energy and sustainability data systems, ensuring alignment with SECR and other disclosure frameworks.
• Implement scalable reporting infrastructure to support efficient reporting as the Group grows.
• Support Group sustainability reporting, taking ownership of data collection processes and disclosures.
• Work with teams to understand how to decarbonise in both strategy and operations.
• Discover and implement decarbonising integrations in Group operations and strategies.
• Measure and manage carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3).

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in sustainability, familiar with energy and carbon reporting practices and sustainability regulations and standards (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD, ISSB S1 & S2, SRS, EU Taxonomy, ESOS, SBTi TCFD and TNFD).
• An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in sustainability-related discourse, or an accreditation in sustainability.
• Genuine passion for sustainability and the energy transition.
• Experience in social and governance disclosure reporting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work across complex data sets.
• Comfortable building or managing reporting platforms and tools.
