What you will do

• Independently review and negotiate standard SaaS agreements (MSAs, DPAs, Order Forms, NDAs).
• Maintain and evolve customer-facing documentation (DPA, Sub-Processor Lists, Privacy Policies).
• Support GDPR, UK and relevant US privacy compliance in day-to-day business operations.
• Take ownership of the contract repository and drive improvements to templates, playbooks, and internal guidance.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows to increase legal efficiency.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Product, providing clear, actionable legal guidance.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/GDL) and 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong grasp of SaaS contract structures, including liability caps, indemnities, data protection, termination, and IP.
• Ability to manage multiple deal threads independently and apply risk thresholds with sound judgment.
• Natural curiosity about Legal Ops and automation, actively leveraging AI and tooling for efficiency.
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative, commercially minded, and able to communicate with confidence across senior stakeholders.
