Salary: £90,000–£100,000 per annum

Requirements

• Strong experience building backend services using Python (or another modern backend language).
• Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, refactoring skills, and experience with version control, testing, and code reviews.
• Product-minded approach, able to understand real user impact.
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with engineers, product, and design.
