What you will do

• Own and lead the ANZ product strategy for assigned Perioperative portfolios.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated go-to-market plans and launch new products across ANZ.
• Define and manage pricing strategies, profitability targets, and key performance metrics.
• Develop robust market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer segmentation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and clinical decision-makers.
• Act as a senior marketing partner across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Operations.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications at Degree level in Science, Business, Marketing, Health Care, Engineering or IT.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, or Engineering within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, Australia.
• English: B2 required.
