What you will do
- Gather and prioritize product requirements to ensure local market needs are represented in global development.
- Perform UAT to verify that features are compliant, performant, and compatible across devices.
- Develop and execute deployment plans, coordinating readiness and launch across multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitate product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor product effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement based on user and client feedback.
- Collaborate with international teams in the UK, IE, and NZ to align regional requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering and launching successful products.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Proficiency with tools like Asana and experience with Go-to-Market frameworks.
- Location: Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
