Location: NSW, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end operational execution for product offers and changes with full accuracy.
  • Build monitoring frameworks, validation checks, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), and reporting for performance tracking.
  • Create customer-journey maps, operational artefacts, and documentation for mobile portfolios.
  • Apply frameworks like FISH and SIPOC to identify risks, quantify impacts, and support decision-making.
  • Analyze processes, pinpoint failure modes, uphold governance and regulatory standards.
  • Use insights to improve processes and become expert in operational implementation for complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product operations, delivery, or telco execution roles.
  • Strong BI, reporting, and dashboarding skills (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
  • Skilled in operational documentation, process mapping, and customer-journey artefacts.
  • High attention to detail, planning, organization, and risk awareness.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
