What you will do
- Lead delivery of AI-driven digital products supporting service and sales strategy, prioritizing conversational AI, intelligent routing, and predictive automation.
- Translate AI strategy into execution via roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
- Design and deploy omnichannel AI experiences across app, web, and service touchpoints, balancing innovation with customer needs.
- Partner with technology, service, sales, marketing, and commercial teams from concept to launch.
- Manage vendor relationships with AI providers and influence senior stakeholders to champion AI-first thinking.
- Contribute to operating plans and business reviews showcasing AI impact.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience, ideally in AI, automation, or digital customer platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of delivering ROI.
- Deep understanding of customer-facing AI in service, sales, or contact centre environments.
- Prior technical experience in engineering highly regarded.
- Comfortable in fast-changing, agile environments managing multiple initiatives.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
