TL;DR

Finance Data Analyst: Supporting the finance team in financial analysis and reporting, providing data-driven insights to optimize decision-making with an accent on profitability reporting, data interpretation, and process automation. Focus on developing high-quality financial presentations and dashboards, analyzing KPI trends, and enhancing reporting efficiency through AI and automation.

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) in Taguig City, Metro Manila

What you will do

• Lead profitability reporting across projects and products, delivering clear insights for commercial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain high-quality financial presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
• Analyze KPI trends to support informed operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams on financial initiatives, modeling, and insight generation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and process automation, particularly through the use of AI.

Requirements

• Good communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to challenge, explore trends, and improve processes.
• Experience working with large datasets/lakes and data cleansing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data modeling techniques.
• Data modeling and dashboard development.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerQuery, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and automation (e.g., CoPilot).
• Insight into financial modeling, profitability analysis, and cost allocation principles.
