What you will do

• Design embedded solutions integrating hirify.global SaaS products into partner offerings, defining architecture and deployment models across AWS and hirify.global Cloud.
• Manage the technical content of Joint Strategy Plans for assigned Build Partners, including current and target state architectures and product mappings.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with CPOs and CTOs to develop actionable technical partnership roadmaps.
• Conduct Architecture Health Checks to optimize embedded hirify.global components for partner user base scaling.
• Track SaaS consumption and facilitate technical reviews to align partner product releases with hirify.global’s roadmap.
• Present the partnership’s compounding value to executive stakeholders and serve as the technical voice in executive briefings.

Requirements

• High Level Experience in solutions architecture, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales, with 3+ years in a partner-facing role.
• Proven ability to design multi-product solution architectures for enterprise clients or partners.
• Domain knowledge in AI/ML platforms, data lakehouse, application observability, data security, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, microservices, and SaaS deployment models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-level executives and translating between technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• English: C1+ required

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of hirify.global’s SaaS portfolio (watsonx.ai, Guardium, Instana, Apptio, DataStax, HashiCorp).
• Functional knowledge of AWS and/or hirify.global Cloud platforms.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
