What you will do

• Build working versions of sovereign infrastructure solutions in rapid cycles, utilizing AI and modern frameworks.
• Integrate and launch initiatives within specific product units by serving as the lead contributor with core engineering teams.
• Translate sovereign policy and market needs into technical specifications, identifying where sovereignty-native features should be integrated.
• Write clean, maintainable code, set up deployment pipelines, and produce documentation for other teams to scale your work.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers across the company to align solutions with the company’s long-term technical roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in high-velocity technical environments, responsible for solving complex problems independently.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Javascript are essential.
• Experience with Python and Vue.js for full-stack prototyping is highly valued.
• Mastery of Kubernetes, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Deep experience deploying and managing applications across various cloud providers and on-premise environments.
• Comfortable navigating organizational friction and turning technical challenges into clear, deliverable paths forward.
