What you will do

• Develop and maintain claims management systems to handle healthcare refunds for over 1 million members.
• Build high-scale web applications using a stack of React, Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL.
• Improve automated document processing by leveraging LLMs to parse medical documents.
• Develop payment infrastructure and source ingestion systems to accelerate refund processes.
• Collaborate on fraud detection systems using ML scoring and anomaly detection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
• Proven experience building and shipping production-ready web applications.
• English working proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
