What you will do

• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for IT service and software contracts.
• Negotiate Statements of Work (SOW), Amendments, and Master Agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., BAAs, government services).
• Prepare contractual provisions and administer contract proposals.
• Evaluate requests, identify risks, and issue purchase orders.
• Collaborate with business, legal, audit, and procurement teams.

Requirements

• Four (4) years of contract negotiating experience required.
• Two (2) years of IT software experience required.
• Two (2) years of contract strategy management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement systems.

Nice to have

• Advanced Contracts Review skills.
• Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification.
• Institute of Supply Management (I.S.M.) affiliation.
• Contract Management Certification.
