What you will do

• Support the marketing team for prestige fragrance brands.
• Provide support in managing the product portfolio lifecycle, including product launches and go-to-market strategy.
• Coordinate between multidisciplinary teams like Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, Purchases, and Finance.
• Manage product assortments and catalogues.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor and consumer trends.
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify market opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1)
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Able to provide an internship agreement.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented.
• Available to work 6-7 hours daily, Monday-Friday, for a minimum of 6 months.
