🏦 Jaya Talent Hiring — Listing Manager (BD)
Jaya Talent is hiring for a client: a live DEX scaling its listings as a core growth engine.
Every listing = new users, liquidity, and community.
📍 Remote | Full-time
🕐 UTC+0 to UTC+8
🔥 What you’ll own:
→ Source & evaluate high-impact token listings (spot + upcoming perps)
→ Manage inbound + outbound listing pipeline
→ Negotiate listing terms (fees, liquidity, market-making, co-marketing)
→ Coordinate cross-functionally (BD, engineering, QA, marketing) for smooth go-live
→ Turn every listing into a growth event (announcements, campaigns, community activations)
→ Build and scale a repeatable listing playbook
🎯 You’re a fit if:
✅ 2+ years in exchange listing BD or token BD
✅ Strong understanding of L1/L2 ecosystems & token narratives
✅ Ability to identify listings that drive real users vs hype
✅ Experience negotiating deals (MM, liquidity, marketing commitments)
✅ Strong coordination + communication skills across teams
➕ Bonus:
• Experience with DeFi protocols / DEX listings
• Existing relationships with token projects or launchpads
• Familiarity with market-making & liquidity provisioning
