TL;DR

Lead HR Business Partner (GameDev): Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, overseeing all aspects of the employee experience and leading HR initiatives locally and globally. Focus on influencing organizational change, ensuring business alignment with HR strategy, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office. Relocation assistance is available for those moving to the UK.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the senior leadership team across the employee lifecycle.
  • Own and align the people roadmap and strategy for hirify.global with global HR and business goals.
  • Collaborate with various COE functions (Compensation, Benefits, HR Ops, Legal, Payroll, Talent Development) to deliver a unified employee experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the rollout and evolution of HR processes and policies.
  • Monitor and audit internal people systems and data to improve quality and compliance.
  • Utilise people data and analytics to recommend and implement new HR interventions and projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources at a Lead/Senior level, specifically in Business Partnering, in a global/matrix environment.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, distributed HR teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven HR analysis, and understanding data hygiene.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Experience managing and developing people, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct management authority.
