Inside Sales Executive (AI LegalTech): Revolutionizing how people access legal help by owning the client journey from initial contact to closing deals, connecting them with life-changing legal solutions. Location: Onsite in Austin, TX, 5 days per week

Salary: $75,000 + commission

What you will do

  • Serve as the welcoming first voice for clients, guiding them through the legal support process.
  • Conduct consultative conversations across phone, email, and live chat to understand client needs and position solutions.
  • Convert inbound leads into satisfied clients by building rapport and navigating objections.
  • Contribute to defining best practices for the sales playbook and refining messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with demonstrated results in a competitive sales environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the law (e.g., legal degree, paralegal, legal assistant experience, or regulated industry background).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced startup environment.
