What you will do
- Serve as the welcoming first voice for clients, guiding them through the legal support process.
- Conduct consultative conversations across phone, email, and live chat to understand client needs and position solutions.
- Convert inbound leads into satisfied clients by building rapport and navigating objections.
- Contribute to defining best practices for the sales playbook and refining messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience with demonstrated results in a competitive sales environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of the law (e.g., legal degree, paralegal, legal assistant experience, or regulated industry background).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced startup environment.
