What you will do

• Define and own program charters including scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks for complex programs.
• Lead technical design reviews and steering discussions to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Partner with engineers to resolve operational bottlenecks and support infrastructure project delivery.
• Organize and lead program reviews and events to foster team collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements, transforming unstructured workflows into efficient frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, distinct from Product Management or Engineering.
• Experience working directly with engineers on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and influence process improvements.
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Strong track record of managing project lifecycles, execution, and reviews.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with software stacks, agile methodologies, and the AI/ML realm, specifically Gemini or similar LLM serving stacks.
• Experience working effectively with teams across multiple time zones throughout the US and Europe.
• Proven ability to take chaotic or unstructured programs and implement clear, sustainable operational frameworks.
