We’re #hiring: Head of Infrastructure

We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure to oversee a global on-premise production environment. This is a high-authority role with direct exposure to trading and technology decision-making.

The role requires proven experience operating exchange-connected infrastructure across colocation environments, bare metal systems, and production networks, with clear ownership of cost and capacity decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage physical presence in major hubs (CME, Equinix, ICE)
- Modernize the roadmap for handling 1TB+ of daily market data
- Lead hardware lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and automation
- Bridge engineering fundamentals with business-critical capacity planning
