Location: Remote (United States only). Occasional travel will be required to visit the HQ, clients, or events. Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Salary: $250,000 - $350,000.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Cloud & Infrastructure practice strategy, identifying market opportunities in areas like cloud migration and platform engineering.
• Own practice-level revenue, pipeline growth, and profitability, collaborating with sales to close strategic deals.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with major hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Drive solution development and innovation, including defining service portfolios and reusable assets.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across cloud and infrastructure engagements, establishing best practices.
• Recruit, develop, and retain cloud and infrastructure architects and engineers, building a high-performance team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud platforms and infrastructure transformation within technology services or consulting companies.
• Proven experience building and scaling a technology practice and supporting large enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, enterprise IT environments, and major cloud providers.
• Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Work location is remote, only in the United States.

• Expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, hybrid cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, and managed services.
